Gold Accounting is a home based (fully insured) business in Alderholt near Fordingbridge, close to Ringwood, and operates in the Dorset, Hampshire and Wiltshire areas.
The business was established in August 2004 by Mrs Valerie Chaplin, FICB, PM.Dip.
It holds a practicing licence with The Institute of Certified Bookkeepers and has links with several local accountancy practices including

Valerie has over 20 years experience in Industry working for both small and medium size companies, concluding with the Management of a global software company trading all over Europe and the USA.
Valerie then gained experience with accountancy practices on a self-employed basis and in 2018 was invited by The Institute of Certified Book Keepers (www.bookkeepers.org.uk) to become a Fellow, their highest level book keeper, assuring you of her professionalism in this field.
Valerie chooses a charity to fundraise for a whole year, and in 2022 she raised £822 for CashforKids.org.uk. In 2023 she raised £1065 for www.petsastherapy.org in their 40th Anniversary Year. In 2024/2025, Valerie managed to raise £1640 (including Gift Aid) for Bournemouth Hospital, where she still volunteers once a week. You can find her in ED offering Soup, Sandwiches and Hot Drinks to the patients.
